Saturated steam is used as the heating source for process fluid heat exchangers, reboilers, reactors, combustion air preheaters, and other types of heat transfer equipment.
The flames reverse in an air tight membrane wall furnace which provide ample residence time for complete combustion. Unlike in conventional oiler which have a single pass in radiant zone and two passes in convective zone, this technology gives two passes in high temperature radiant zone & one pass in convective zone. This ensures high efficiency of 88% (on NCV Basis). Capacity: 200 Kg to 20 Ton/ Hr. Fuel: Oil/Gas/Solid Fuel Pressure Range: 10.54 to 17.5 Kg/cm 2.
